All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Each garment is made or packed with care to maintain the natural texture and quality of our fabrics.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 (calculated before tax).

  • Shipping cost for orders under $100 will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our garments are made from natural fibers and may show slight variations in texture, color, and hand-feel. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.​

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Custom-sized or customized garments

  • Used or washed items

  • Items with signs of wear, odor, stains, or damage

Return Process

  1. Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  4. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures your preferred item does not sell out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund your order at no extra cost.
