At Virelin, we create garments in small batches, using natural fibers and slow-crafted processes. Each piece carries the quiet rhythm of Californian sunlight, wind, and everyday simplicity.
Our policies reflect the same values — clarity, honesty, and respect for both people and the earth.

 

1. Ordering

Each item is made in limited quantities.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
If you need to make changes (address, contact info, color variation), please contact us within 12 hours:
support@thevirelin.com

After this window, your order may already be processed and changes may not be possible.

 

2. Shipping

We pack each garment with care, using minimal and recyclable materials.
Orders are shipped from California.

Processing Time
• 1–3 business days for in-stock items
• Pre-order or small-batch dyeing items may need more time — the product page will note this clearly

Shipping Method
• Standard U.S. domestic shipping
• Free shipping is automatically applied when your order meets the minimum amount

Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Virelin is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

 

3. Returns & Exchanges

We understand that natural-fiber garments feel different on every body.
If something doesn't feel right, we’re here to help.

Eligible Returns
• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached

Non-returnable items
Because of hygiene and sustainability considerations, the following cannot be returned:
• Final sale items
• Custom-sized pieces
• Intimately worn items
• Items with signs of wear, scent, or damage

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable service

Exchanges
You may request an exchange for color or size.
Because Virelin works in small batches, availability is not guaranteed.

 

4. Damages & Issues

Each garment is inspected before shipping.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos:
support@thevirelin.com

We will happily replace or refund the item.

 

5. Natural Variation Notice

Virelin uses natural fibers and, at times, natural dyeing processes.
Slight variations in color, texture, or gentle wrinkles are not flaws — they are part of the fabric’s natural character.

Every piece is unique, just like the landscapes that inspire them.

 

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the item may already be packed or shipped.

 

7. Sustainability Commitment

We avoid overproduction.
We use natural and low-impact materials whenever possible.
We ship with minimal packaging and avoid unnecessary plastic.
